Gateway Paring Steps:

To pair the Gateway, follow these steps:

1. Find the main menu at the upper left corner and select Gateway - G2.
2. Connect to power before moving on to the next step. Switching on the power too early will result in "search failed".
3. Configure the wifi information and make sure your phone is connected to the same wifi network.
4. Configuration is successful when you see a "Gateway" column in the "Settings" menu.

Connecting Alexa and Gateway:

To connect Alexa to the Gateway, follow the steps below:

1. Download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone and connect to it.
2. Find "Skills & Games" in the menu bar and search for “TTlock”.
3. Enter the login interface and enable it. Note: If login fails, please fill in the area code "+1" before your account.
4. Give Alexa the "discover" command and the Locks option will appear on the page.
5. Pairing is successful! Enter the settings interface, authorize APP control, and voice control.

Notes:

• Make sure your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network when pairing.
• The gateway should be used within the signal range of the router.
• The distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32 feet (10 meters).
• If there is a timeout, power off and try again.

Compatibility:

The MDH G2 WiFi gateway is compatible with smart locks using the TT Lock App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks under the same account.

Remote Control:

The G2 gateway is connected to the TT Lock App smart lock to enable remote control features, real-time viewing of door lock status, remote setting of customized passwords, and other remote functions.

Installation Tip:

For stable connectivity, pair the G2 gateway with a 2.4G Wifi network. Keep the distance between the gateway and the door lock within 32 feet for a good signal connection.
