To connect Alexa and the gateway, download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone, search for “TTlock” in the "Skills & Games" menu, and log in. If the login fails, remember to add the area code "+1" before your account. Give Alexa the command to "discover" and the Locks option will appear on the page. Follow the instructions to authorize APP and voice control.

When the Gateway is powered on, flashing red/blue lights indicate standby mode, while a red light signals a network failure and a blue light means everything is operating normally. Make sure the G2 Gateway shows flashing red and blue lights before attempting to connect to it.

The G2 gateway can be used with smart locks controlled by the TT Lock App, allowing for remote control and voice commands through Alexa. The gateway must be within 16ft (5 meters) of the smart door lock for optimal connectivity. If any connection issues arise, our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist you.
