  • Remote Control: The gateway is connected to DD Lock App or TT Lock App smart lock, allowing remote control, checking the status of the door lock in real time, and setting custom passwords and other remote functions
  • Warranty: Veise provides a minimum of 1 year of warranty coverage along with lifetime online phone assistance during Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Additionally, there is always 24/7 after-sales email support available.
  • Compatibility: Veise G2 WiFi gateway is compatible with smart locks using DD Lock App or TT Lock App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks of the same account (Note: Other Apps are not compatible)
