The intelligent management system allows for up to 50 fingerprints and over 250 user codes, giving you the flexibility to remotely generate and share temporary, permanent, scheduled, and recurring access codes with house sitters, guests, and family members.

Please remember not to change the Master Code until the pairing process is complete. To activate the lock for pairing, simply touch the keypad. If you encounter any issues with the app finding or connecting to the lock, a reset may be necessary. For successful pairing, a 2.4G Wifi network is required. Additionally, ensure that the distance between the G2 gateway and the door lock is within 32 ft for a stable connection. When adding the gateway, both your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to complete the setup process seamlessly.
