How to Add the Gateway for Your Smart Lock

To ensure a smooth setup process for your smart lock, follow these steps to add the gateway: 1. Activate the Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect it to a Wi-Fi network (only 2.4ghz supported). 2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, log in to the TTLock account, enter TTLock, click on the upper left corner, select Gateway, click on the "+" sign, and choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi. 3. Follow the instructions to reconnect the power for the Gateway, wait for the indicator light on the gateway to flash red and blue, click Next, and let the app search for the gateway. Select the Wi-Fi network, enter the Wi-Fi password, and input a name for the gateway. 4. If the connection is not successful, plug in both the gateway and the lock, wait for 10 minutes, and try again.
