Here's how to add a gateway to your lock: - First, make sure the gateway is within 16ft of the lock to ensure a strong signal. - Turn on the Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network. - Enable Bluetooth on your phone, login to the TTLock account, and access the Gateway option. - Select the Gateway Type as G2 Wi-Fi and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the gateway to your Wi-Fi network. - If the connection is unsuccessful, plug in both the gateway and the lock and wait for 10 minutes for them to sync up.

How to integrate with Alexa: - Ensure your gateway is added to the TTLock app. - Open the Alexa app, go to Skills&Games, search for TTLock, and enable it. - Login to your TTLock account and authorize the connection. - Access your locks, choose the lock you want to integrate with Alexa, and enable Unlock via app and Unlock via voice code options.

Note: If your TTLock account is registered with a phone number, make sure to include the country code (+1) before the phone number.
