For optimal performance, it is recommended that the gateway be placed within a maximum distance of 16 ft (5 meters) from the smart lock to ensure connectivity. It is important to ensure that both the smartphone and gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network when adding the gateway. ✅ Setting up the G2 gateway is a breeze. Simply open the TTLock App, navigate to the upper left corner, select "Gateway," click on the "+" icon, choose the G2 (Wi-Fi) option, plug in the gateway, click "next" when the light is flashing alternately (red and blue), and then select the Wi-Fi network and enter the password. ✅ Experience voice control with the G2 gateway by pairing it with Alexa and Google Assistant (devices not included).
